Rooms were reasonably sized - very comfy beds - loved the small coffee-maker - prices were reasonable - great downtown hotel - bathroom was clean and had a small heating light
Awakened by dog barking - pretty nice location - close to everything - steps away from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - stadiums were within walking distance
The hotel was very close to the Lakefront Airport - parking was kind of overpriced - front desk was professional and friendly - fast check in

Friendly, efficient and helpful desk people - shuttle service to and from the Clinic was readily available - the parking was free - the price was right
The staff was helpful with giving me directions to the ball field - the room and beds were nice and clean - there was a parking garage across the street
The room was quite clean, quiet and comfortable - Clinic shuttle bus were available to take you to where you need to go - very nice and complimentary breakfasts - reasonable price
It was perfect in every way - rooms were clean and had been updated - great free shuttle service - there was a comfortable lobby lounge in the hotel - maintenance response was immediate - pleasant atmosphere - enjoyed the stay here

A very nice hotel with a perfect location - right in the center of all the action - close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Browns Stadium and Great Lakes Science Center
Outstanding customer service - valet parking was very convenient and charged $20 - excellent front desk staff - amazing breakfast buffet at the bar with made-to-order waffles, omelets and other hot and cold items
Fabulous free shuttle service was provided within 5 miles of the hotel - convenient to local attractions, stadiums and restaurants
Rooms were very clean, comfy, spacious and quiet - the heated pool and hot tub were really great with plenty of free towels - excellent discount hotel packages including tickets to local attractions
On-site dining at the restaurant was a little pricey - various amazing restaurants within walking distance of the hotel - awesome stay at the perfect location in the middle of downtown Cleveland
